Five-layers PE-Xb/Al/PE-Xb multilayer bars pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene with an intermediate aluminum layer laser-welded. The aluminum layer increases the pipe's resistance to pressure, is a absolute barrier to oxygen's migration and prevents any UV rays passage. The pipe is suitable for use in low temperature radiant heating installations, in heating systems with radiators and fan coils and in the distribution of water intended for human consumption.
