With focus on power consumption and easy installation, it keeps ground areas free of ice and snow, through a continuous detection of the temperature/moisture ratio obtained by using a special ground sensor. The peripheral units' thermal exchange pump, which is connected to the control unit, is activated only if the situation requires it.
